Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Associate to support brokerage assignments from early-stage research through closing. This role works closely with senior advisors to identify opportunities, prepare client materials, coordinate property tours, and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research properties, ownership records, tenants, and market activity.
- Prepare offering materials, proposals, tour books, and client presentations.
- Assist with prospecting, database management, and transaction follow-up.
- Coordinate due diligence and closing activities with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field.
- Strong written communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
