Position Overview
The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the operating performance and tenant experience of an assigned portfolio. This position partners with owners, tenants, vendors, and accounting to keep each asset safe, responsive, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant communications, service requests, and lease requirements.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, variance reports, and owner updates.
- Oversee vendors, contracts, inspections, repairs, and capital projects.
- Support lease administration, receivables, and operating expense reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of commercial property management experience.
- Strong financial, vendor management, and client service skills.
- CPM, RPA, or real estate license is a plus.
