Position Overview
The Industrial Research Analyst will maintain accurate market intelligence for warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing properties. The analyst works with advisors and marketing staff to turn data into timely client insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Track inventory, vacancy, absorption, rents, development, and transactions.
- Maintain property and comparable databases with rigorous quality control.
- Prepare market reports, maps, charts, and assignment-specific research.
- Respond to advisor requests and identify trends affecting clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, economics, geography, or a related field.
- Strong Excel, data analysis, writing, and quality-control skills.
- GIS or commercial real estate database experience is a plus.
