Capital Markets Associate

Position Overview

The Capital Markets Associate will help structure and execute debt and equity assignments for commercial real estate clients. This role combines financial analysis, market knowledge, lender communication, and disciplined transaction management.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisitions, refinances, and development opportunities.
• Prepare financing memoranda and lender or investor presentations.
• Maintain lending relationships and track current terms and activity.
• Coordinate requests, negotiations, due diligence, and closing milestones.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in commercial real estate finance or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Clear judgment and communication in a deadline-driven environment.
