The Investment Sales Analyst will support valuation and execution for commercial property dispositions. The ideal candidate can turn property, lease, and market data into clear underwriting and persuasive client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cash flow models and property valuations.
- Review rent rolls, operating statements, leases, and market comparables.
- Produce offering memoranda, broker opinions of value, and pitch materials.
- Track buyer activity and support transaction due diligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, or economics.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of real estate investment concepts.
- Ability to manage details and deadlines across multiple assignments.
