Position Overview

The Retail Leasing Advisor will grow and serve a portfolio of landlord and tenant representation assignments. The position calls for strong relationship building, local market awareness, and consistent business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new landlord and tenant representation opportunities.
• Develop leasing strategies, market surveys, and property positioning.
• Conduct tours and support proposal and lease negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with owners, retailers, brokers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Commercial brokerage or retail real estate experience preferred.
• Active real estate license or ability to obtain one promptly.
• Self-directed approach with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
